The legal agreement between you and Quiqpe.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Quiqpe Private Limited ("Quiqpe", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the Quiqpe platform.

By creating an account or using any feature of Quiqpe, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
  • You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the platform.

2. Definitions

PlatformQuiqpe Android App, iOS App and website https://quiqpe.com
ServicesMobile recharge, DTH recharge and BBPS bill payments
User / AccountAny registered individual who has created a Quiqpe account
Quiqpe PointsReward points earned on successful transactions, redeemable only for recharges
WalletIn-app prepaid balance held within the Quiqpe platform
Referral NetworkMulti-level user network created through the Quiqpe referral programme
BBPSBharat Bill Payment System — interoperable bill payment network by NPCI
OperatorTelecom companies (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL) or billers connected via BBPS

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Valid Indian mobile number (verified via OTP)
  • One account per individual — duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice
  • You must not be prohibited from receiving services under any applicable Indian law

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Never share your OTP, password or account credentials with anyone
  • Notify us immediately at support@quiqpe.com if you suspect unauthorised access
Quiqpe will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, or bank password. Anyone claiming to be from Quiqpe and asking for these is attempting fraud.

4. Services Offered

4.1 Mobile Recharge

  • Prepaid recharge for all major operators: Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, MTNL
  • All available plans as published by operators — Quiqpe does not set recharge prices
  • Recharge is credited to the beneficiary number within 0–15 minutes in normal conditions
  • Quiqpe is a facilitator — the telecom operator is responsible for plan activation

4.2 DTH Recharge

  • Supported operators: Tata Play, Dish TV, Sun Direct, Airtel Digital TV, d2h
  • Recharge credited to subscriber ID within 0–30 minutes under normal conditions

4.3 BBPS Bill Payments

  • Categories: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Landline, Insurance, Loan EMIs, FASTag, Housing Society, Education and all NPCI-approved BBPS categories
  • Processed via the BBPS network regulated by NPCI
  • Payment confirmation is subject to biller acceptance
  • Quiqpe provides the transaction reference number as proof of payment submission

5. Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI (all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Quiqpe Wallet (pre-loaded balance)
  • Credit cards — subject to availability

5.2 Pricing

  • Service charges, if any, are displayed before transaction confirmation
  • GST applicable as per Indian tax laws — shown in the transaction receipt
  • Quiqpe reserves the right to revise fees with 7 days' prior notice to users
Transaction Finality: Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully submitted and confirmed, the transaction is FINAL and cannot be reversed. Please verify the beneficiary number and amount before confirming.

6. Quiqpe Points & Referral Programme

6.1 Earning Points

  • Points are credited on successful completion of eligible transactions
  • Point rates are displayed in the app and may be revised at Quiqpe's discretion
  • Points are NOT credited for failed, reversed or refunded transactions
  • Referral rewards are credited within 24–48 hours of the qualifying transaction

6.2 Redemption

  • Points are redeemable ONLY for mobile recharge or DTH recharge on the Quiqpe platform
  • Points cannot be converted to cash, transferred to other users or used outside the platform
  • Minimum redemption: 100 Points (equivalent to ₹1)
  • Points expire 6 months from the date of credit if unused

6.3 Referral Network

  • The Quiqpe referral programme is a closed-loop reward system — not a money circulation scheme
  • Rewards are paid ONLY on actual recharge/bill transactions — not on recruitment
  • No joining fee is charged at any level of the referral network
  • Quiqpe reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme with 30 days' notice

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
  • Use the platform only for lawful recharge and bill payment purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the platform
  • Not use the platform to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not use automated bots, scrapers or scripts to access the platform
  • Not create multiple accounts to manipulate the referral or points system
  • Comply with all applicable laws of India

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Quiqpe makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Immediate processing of all transactions (subject to operator/biller networks)
  • Accuracy of plan information (sourced from operators — subject to change without notice)

Quiqpe is a payment facilitation platform. We are not the telecom operator or the BBPS biller. Quiqpe is not responsible for plan activation failures, operator network outages or biller system delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Quiqpe's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute
  • Quiqpe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Quiqpe is not liable for losses due to operator/biller network failures
  • Quiqpe is not liable for losses arising from your sharing of OTP or account credentials

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quiqpe platform — including the name "Quiqpe", logo, app design, UI elements, text and software — is the exclusive property of Quiqpe Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time via 'Settings > Delete Account' in the app. Unused Quiqpe Points will be forfeited upon deletion. Pending refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

11.2 By Quiqpe

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity, if required by law or court order, or if you provide false information during registration.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
  • Any disputes shall first be referred to our Grievance Officer for resolution
  • Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, in the English language
  • Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not covered by arbitration

13. Changes to Terms

  • Quiqpe may update these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be notified via in-app notification and email at least 7 days before the effective date
  • Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
