1. Introduction
Quiqpe Private Limited ("Quiqpe", "we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users of quiqpe.com, the Quiqpe Android app (Google Play), and the Quiqpe iOS app (Apple App Store) can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), Google Play Developer Program Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1), and Meta Platform Terms for apps using Facebook Login.
2. Scope — What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Quiqpe account, we permanently delete or anonymise the following personal data, unless retention is required by law:

3. Data Retained After Deletion (Legal Requirement)
Certain records cannot be fully deleted because Indian law and RBI payment regulations require us to retain them:

Retained records are stored securely, access is restricted to authorised personnel, and personal identifiers are minimised or anonymised where legally permitted.
4. How to Delete Your Account
4.1 In the Quiqpe Mobile App (Recommended)
- Open the Quiqpe app and sign in.
- Go to Profile / Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted. Your account is deactivated immediately.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 24 hours.
4.2 On the Website (quiqpe.com)
- Sign in at quiqpe.com/client/login.
- Email privacy@quiqpe.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered mobile number and full name for verification.
- We will verify your identity via OTP and process deletion within 30 days.
4.3 By Email (Without Login)
If you cannot access your account, email privacy@quiqpe.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email (if any)
- Brief reason (optional)
We may ask for identity verification (OTP to registered mobile) before processing.
5. Facebook Login — Data Deletion
If you registered or signed in using Facebook Login, follow these steps to remove Quiqpe's access to your Facebook data:
- Remove the app from Facebook: Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Quiqpe → Remove.
- Request data deletion from Quiqpe: Email privacy@quiqpe.com with your registered Quiqpe mobile number and state that you used Facebook Login. We will delete all Facebook-linked personal data within 30 days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming deletion. Facebook user ID and profile data stored by Quiqpe will be permanently removed.

6. Google Sign-In — Data Deletion
If you used Google Sign-In:
- Revoke Quiqpe's access: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions → find Quiqpe → Remove Access.
- Delete your Quiqpe account using Section 4 above.
- Google user ID and email stored by Quiqpe will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
7. Apple Sign-In — Data Deletion
If you used Sign in with Apple:
- Delete your Quiqpe account in-app (Section 4.1) — this satisfies Apple's in-app account deletion requirement.
- Revoke Apple ID access: on iPhone/iPad go to Settings → [Your Name] → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → Quiqpe → Stop Using Apple ID.
- Apple relay email addresses and Apple user identifiers stored by Quiqpe will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Partial Data Deletion
Under DPDP Act 2023 you may request deletion of specific data fields (not full account deletion) by emailing privacy@quiqpe.com. We will action valid requests within 30 days. Some fields (e.g. mobile number linked to active transactions) cannot be removed while your account remains active.
10. Google Play & App Store Store-Listing Disclosure
- Google Play Data Safety: Quiqpe collects name, email, mobile, transaction data, and device identifiers. Users can request account deletion in-app or at quiqpe.com/data-deletion.
- Apple App Store: Account deletion is available in-app under Settings → Delete Account. This URL provides additional instructions and email-based deletion for users who cannot access the app.
