1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') defines the standards of acceptable behaviour expected from all users of the Quiqpe platform. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using Quiqpe, you agree to comply with this AUP.
The goal of this policy is to protect the integrity of the platform, the rights of other users and Quiqpe's compliance obligations under Indian law.
2. Permitted Uses
The Quiqpe platform may be used ONLY for:
- Prepaid mobile recharge for yourself or for others with their knowledge and consent
- DTH subscription recharge for yourself or family members
- Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, gas, broadband, etc.) via BBPS
- Payment of FASTag, insurance premiums, loan EMIs and other BBPS-supported categories
- Earning and redeeming Quiqpe Points for recharge
- Participating in the Quiqpe referral programme for personal use — not as a commercial reseller
- Accessing your transaction history and account settings
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Fraud & Financial Crimes
- Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment instruments (cards, UPI IDs, bank accounts)
- Conducting fraudulent transactions to exploit the referral or cashback system
- Using the platform for money laundering, hawala or terrorist financing in violation of PMLA 2002
- Attempting to generate fraudulent refund claims
- Creating fake user accounts to inflate referral rewards
3.2 Account Abuse
- Creating more than one account per individual
- Sharing account credentials with other individuals
- Using someone else's account without their explicit consent
- Impersonating another person or entity during registration or transactions
- Using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location for fraudulent purposes
3.3 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform
- Injecting malware, viruses or harmful code into the platform
- Using bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or Quiqpe's backend systems
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain (report bugs to legal@quiqpe.com instead)
3.4 Referral Network Misuse
- Creating fake or fictitious user accounts to build artificial referral chains
- Self-referral — using multiple accounts or devices to refer yourself
- Paying others to register under your referral without genuine use of the platform
- Operating the referral programme as a standalone money-making scheme detached from actual recharges
- Making misleading income claims to recruit referrals — Quiqpe Points are a reward, not guaranteed income
3.5 Commercial Misuse
- Reselling recharges at a premium as an unauthorised commercial agent
- Using Quiqpe's brand, logo or name in promotional materials without written permission
- White-labelling or repackaging the platform's features without a licensing agreement
4. Consequences of Violation

Quiqpe reserves the right to withhold any pending Wallet balance or Quiqpe Points during investigation of a suspected violation.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of misuse of the platform by another user:
- Email legal@quiqpe.com with the subject line 'AUP Violation Report'
- Include the registered mobile number or username of the suspected violator
- Describe the nature of the violation with as much detail as possible
- Screenshots or transaction IDs, if available, are helpful
We investigate all reports in good faith and maintain reporter confidentiality.
6. Responsible Disclosure (Bug Bounty)
If you discover a security vulnerability or bug in the Quiqpe platform:
- Do NOT exploit it for personal gain or disclose it publicly
- Report it responsibly to legal@quiqpe.com with full details
- Quiqpe will investigate and acknowledge within 72 hours
- Responsible reporters may receive Quiqpe Points as a token of appreciation
7. Platform Integrity
To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform for all users, Quiqpe reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time
- Adjust Points rates and referral structures with reasonable notice
- Conduct fraud screening on any transaction without prior notice to the user
- Delay transaction processing for additional verification if suspicious activity is detected
