- Essential cookies are always active — they are required for the website to function
- Your consent choice is saved for 12 months

On the mobile app, cookie consent is not applicable — the app uses SDKs instead of cookies. You can manage app analytics permissions via Settings > Privacy in the Quiqpe app.

7. Data Deletion
7.1 Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- Profile data is deleted within 30 days
- Transaction records are retained for the legally required period (see Section 6.2)
- Quiqpe Points balance is permanently forfeited
- You will receive a deletion confirmation email
7.2 Specific Data Deletion Request
Under DPDP Act 2023, you may request deletion of specific personal data by emailing privacy@quiqpe.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some data cannot be deleted if it is required for legal compliance.
8. Data Storage Location
- Primary data is stored on servers in India (ISO-certified data centre, Mumbai)
- Backups are stored within India — Quiqpe does not transfer user data outside India without explicit consent
- Third-party processors (Google Analytics, Firebase) may process anonymised data on their global infrastructure under their own data processing terms
